Hello Everyone! Today I am sharing a card from Collection 3 – SFL Flavor of the Month Card Kit.
Today I used sequins found in the Banana Split pack to make a shaker card. I stamped out the image from the stamp set onto acetate and centered that on this pretty, floral pattern paper. I used a stitched scalloped border die and trimmed down another piece of pattern paper to add just below the shaker circle and added the twine found in the collection around just above. To finish the front of the card, I added a button – also found in the collection.
The inside is simply stamped with a “Thank You” sentiment and butterfly from the stamp set.
Check back each day for another sneak peek and the full reveal on Saturday, March 28 at 12:00am. I’ll be staying up late on Friday to see all the inspiration from the Blog Hop!
I hope you enjoy and get inspired.
Hello Everyone! I need a card to send out this coming Saturday so I thought the sentiment from the Chickie Baby Stamp set by Sunny Studio would be perfect. “From one Chick to another” and it’s that time of year where some of us start to get a little spring fever!
I also wanted to bring in bright colors and spring paper so I am using pattern paper from the Spring Fling 6×6 paper pad also from Sunny Studio.
I couldn’t choose which papers to use so I am using a few and reaching for a card sketch. This is from one of the December 2019 SFL Flavor of the Month Card Sketches that you can download. Click Here if you want to check those out; you can click on downloads and see the drop down menu for different years.
I trimmed down my pattern paper following the sketch and stamped a scene onto watercolor paper. I chose Arteza Real Brush pens to color.
I wanted my sentiment on the scene and not as shown on the sketch so I brought in some ribbon. I also have to stop hoarding my enamel dots and decided to grab these white ones in a small, medium and large. To finish my card I used some Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pen on the 2 chicks and flowers.
Thanks So Much for stopping by! I hope you enjoy and get inspired!

Card #2: Rainy Day Umbrellas
Hello Everyone! Is it Spring at Last? I sure hope so! Today I am using a rubber stamp from Santoro – Gorjuss Girl #43 “Spring at Last”.
For this card, I wanted a fun border so I used a stitched scallop border die and trimmed the edge of the card on the right. I stamped the image in the center of the cut down panel with Memento Rich Cocoa ink. I masked her and used distress ink to create a bed of grass for her to lay in the cool spring air. I used Peeled Paint, Mowed Lawn and Cracked Pistachio.
I then colored the image with Copic markers and added a few Nuvo drops to finish the card.
Thank You so Much for joining me today. I hope you enjoy and get inspired!
I used the Heffy Doodle Big Bug Hugs stamp set. I colored all of the images with my Copic Markers. It was a pretty simple card to make.
The pattern paper is from Sunny Studio Stamps 6x6 Spring Sunburst collection. The colors go perfect with spring and cute little bugs.
I used the Stitched Rectangle Dies from Gina Marie Designs and the Stitched Peek a Boo Window & Edge die from My Favorite Things.
