When I saw that there was a gnome stamp in one of the collections I was in love! I decided to create my card using a grid pattern so I could use several of the patterns. You can watch my full process video HERE.
I used the gnome and the Happy Fall sentiment from the stamp set and then colored them in. I trimmed the gnome piece into a tag for the focal point of my card.
I used a red cardstock card base and then a white cardstock mat behind my pattern paper rectangles. I trimmed each pattern paper down to 1 7/8 by 2 1/2 inches. And then just adhered them in a grid.
I finished off the card with some tan and white twine and tan enamel dots.
Thanks for stopping by to see me card today! Be sure to check back here each day this week for more sneak peeks! The full kit reveal will be next Saturday along with the blog hop.
Happy Monday Crafty Friends! I’m LOVING the Tropic Vibes pattern paper and Tropical Vibes ephemera from Collection 1! The July 2020 Flavor of the Month Card Kit pops with color. Today I made 2 cards and the hardest part was choosing which ephemera pieces I wanted to use!
Card one is all about showing off the pattern paper and the ephemera. I backed the pattern paper with black card stock from my stash and added the ephemera with foam adhesive. I also use the 3 small and 3 medium enamel dots from the kit. The inside is stamped with the Flamingo image from the stamp set and the Happy Birthday sentiment. I outlined the flamingo with a light pink marker for a pop of color.
Card 2 I used the flower image from the stamp set to create a backgroud for the floral/pineapple ephemera. I stamped it out with a clear sticky ink and used clear embossing powder. Once that was heat set I added the “Shocking Pink” Card stock behind it , popped up my ephemera piece and add the entire panel to my card base created with Limeade card stock. On the inside I added the Happy Birthday sentiment again and the single pineapple ephemera piece!
Thanks So Much for stopping by!
