Hello, it’s Stacy from Craftaholicmomma up today on the Scrapping for Less blog with an easel card I made using the Easy Peasy Collection from the new May Flavor of the Month Card Kit.
To make the easel card I scored the card base like normal but then I added an extra score mark on the front to make a bend in it. The top layers are only attached to the lower half of the Card front allowing it to stand up.
I layered up the images with foam adhesive that I fussy cut from the pattern papers in the collection.
With the left over scraps I made some matching gift tags.
I hope you enjoyed my card and it gives you inspiration. Thanks for visiting,
Hello, it’s Stacy from Craftaholicmomma up today on the Scrapping for Less blog with more inspiration using Collection One called Big Love from the new May Flavor of the Month Card Kit. The theme this month is “Let’s Encourage One Another”.
There are less than a handful of the Banana Split levels left. If you want to get your hands on one before they’re gone CLICK HERE. You can also pick up some extra coordinating Cardstock HERE.
Today I did not make any cards. I like to make lots of different types of projects.
First I have a mini notebook I recovered with the pattern paper.
Next I made two gift tags with the left over paper from the notebook. No scraps go to waste.
Then I stamped two of the Benny stamps in shrink plastic and colored with Alcohol Markers to make a pair of Benny earrings.
While I had my jewelry findings out I made another pair with the chalkboard hearts after mounting the stickers on red Cardstock that was in the kit. Added another punches heart and a rhinestone heart bling.
Hello, it’s Stacy from Craftaholicmomma up today on the Scrapping for Less blog with a bunch of cards and tags from the new February Flavor of the Month Card Kit.
I used up all the papers in Collection Two “Birthday Queen” to make 8 cards and 9 tags. I used the scraps to make the tags. I had nothing left except for a bit of the gold rhinestone mesh, half the glitter enamel dots and the stamp set.
I brought in some gold mirror card stock, gold metallic cording and various paper punches. The stamp set is from Pretty Pink Posh.
There are just a handful of kits left if you’d like to pick one up.
Hello Everyone! Christine with Pattercrafts here today with a gift tags project! Our family has A LOT of July Birthday’s and I need some gift tags. I thought this stamp set from Lawn Fawn “Critters in the Sea” was perfect for July birthdays.
I used a tag die and cut 6 tags out of 100 lb white card stock. This gives the tag some weight and sturdiness especially when using a light weight pattern paper. I am using the Watercolor Foil Pattern Paper from Pink and Main and it is a little lighter weight than other 6×6 pattern paper. I absolutely love the foiling and colors.
I used the same tag die to cut 6 different pattern papers and layered the pattern paper directly over the white card stock. I then stamped and cut out all the images from the Critters in the Sea stamp set and colored them with Arteza Real Brush Pens.
Once my tags were set and my images were colored and cut out, I put the tags together. I used some foam adhesive on some of the smaller images to give a little dimension. I then used the MFT Extreme Black Ink to stamp the sentiment “Just wavin’ hello”.
Hi Crafters. Have you guys been working on Christmas cards as much as I have? Today I decided to switch it up a little bit and work on some gift tags.
I used the A Merry Little Christmas stamp set by Avery Elle to create 4 tags. I started by doing some ink bending on the background of each of my tags using Distress Inks.
I stamped my images onto a piece of Neenah Solar white and colored them with my Copic Markers then fussy cut them out.
Next, once the backgrounds were completely dry, I white heat embossed my sentiment onto the tags (with the exception of the bear. There just was not enough room) and popped up each of my images onto their tags.
I added a few details with a white gel pen and some shimmer (of course) and called them done. First set of tags for the year done!!
Thanks for stopping by and have a creative and crafty day!!
