Hello, it’s Stacy from Craftaholicmomma up today on the Scrapping for Less blog today with two cards.

Did you know that you can combine stamps and paper from different Flavor of the Month Card Kits to make beautiful cards?

I used the Spring Fever paper pack from the April 2019 “Spring Critters” Flavor of the Month Card Kit and the Bloom Wildly stamp from the new March 2020 “A Farmhouse Spring” Flavor of the Month Card Kit.

I used my Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers to color a gradient on the stamped images. I used the clear blender marker to get a flawless blend. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this clear blending marker! (Make sure you use a permanent ink like VersaFine when coloring with water based markers).

      Thanks for visiting,

    • Bloom Wildly featuring A Farmhouse Spring March Flavor of the Month Card Kit by Scrapping for Less

Posted at 11:47 am by Stacy Tiedemann
      Mar 29th

Hello, it’s Stacy from Craftaholicmomma up today on the Scrapping for Less blog with some inspiration cards featuring Collection Three “Bloom Wildly” from the brand new March Flavor of the Month Card Kit called “A Farmhouse Spring”.

I made 5 cards using this collection. It’s a simple layout because I wanted to showcase the beautiful floral papers. This collection is my absolute favorite!! The florals and colors are stunning.

I stamped the image with Lawn Fawn’s Mini Ink Cube Set called Secret Garden. I used the colors Apricot, Pizza Crust and Sage Leaf. Next I die cut the images with a circle die. I then layered these on the vellum included in the kit. I cut the vellum with a scallop circle die.

Next I layered the circles on top of a die cut flag. I dug out two old Martha Stewart punches for the leaves and butterflies. To finish off the card I added the enamel dots and twine from the collection.

I can’t wait to send these out to family and friends.

      Hi Crafty Friends,

I am back with my second Guest Design Card for Scrapping for Less. If you missed my first card “Spring Fever” check it out here. For this card, it’s BIRTHDAY TIME! I always struggle with boy cards but this cutie is perfect carrying his balloons for the party! I used Sunny Studios Spring Showers Stamp Set and Sunny Studios Floating By Stamp Set to create this little scene on these darling patterned papers from the Scrapping For Less Spring Fever Paper Pad.

      Make Crafty Friends Q & A:
Q: Do you still get balloons on your birthday?

A: Me? No, I think the last birthday I got balloons was 18.

      Supplies:

Scrapping For Less Spring Fever Paper Pad

      Sunny Studios Spring Showers Stamp

      Sunny Studios Floating By Stamp

      Cat’s Pajamas Cloud Die

      Newton’s Nook Frame Dies

      Thanks for visiting,

      Meghan

    • Happy Easter Chickie Baby | Sunny Studio Stamps

Posted at 9:05 pm by Stacy Tiedemann
      Feb 14th

Hello, it’s Stacy from Craftaholicmomma up today on the Scrapping for Less blog with a slimline card featuring the Chickie Baby stamp set by Sunny Studio Stamps and Distress Oxide Inks.

I stamped the images on Neenah 80# Classic Crest Smooth Solar White Card Stock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. I used my Ohuhu Alcohol Markers to color them in. I then cut out the images with my Brother Scan n Cut.

I ink blended on a piece of Bristol Smooth Card Stock with Picked Raspberry and Twisted Citron Distress Oxide Inks with a blender brush.

I sprinkled some water droplets on the background and dabbed it up with a paper towel to make it look distressed.

Then I stamped some of the grass images with the Twisted Citron. Popping the chicks up on foam squares and gluing the flowers in place finished off the card. The sentiment was stamped with Versafine Onyx Black Ink.

      Thanks for visiting,
