Hey, everyone! I have a simple card today using patterned paper and the Critters Ever After stamp set from Lawn Fawn!
I stamped and colored some images from the Critters Ever After stamp set with my alcohol markers. One thing I’m trying to do lately is leave more neutral colored areas. I struggle with coloring because I use too many colors. I’ve been loving white lately, so I kept lots of white in my colored images. I thought the Pretty Little Rainbows papers from the May 2019 Flavor of the Month kit were so gorgeous that I bought extras! I used one of my favorites for my background.
I added some cloud die cuts and added my images to my card front. Simple – but I love how the rainbow background shines with the white colored images! Watch my process video below!

Hey everyone! It’s Lynnea! Have you ever tried coloring an image with Nuvo Dream Drops? I did and the results are fantastic! I have a video for you and you can find the products I’ve used in the Scrapping for Less store!
I made two cards using the Indigo Eclipse Nuvo Dream Drops and the Lawn Fawn Critters Ever After stamp set. I started by stamping the unicorn and the dragon from the Critters Ever After stamp set and coloring the white parts of their bodies with an N0 Copic marker for shading. I added some gold accents to the unicorn horn and the horns of the dragon with a Nuvo shimmer marker.
Then came the fun part! I squeezed out some of the Indigo Eclipse Nuvo Dream Drops onto my glass work surface and picked it up with my stylus and “colored” with the Dream Drops! How cool! I love that the Dream Drops allow the stamping to show through because they are translucent.
I added some stamping to the background of my cards for interest using a My Favorite Things background stripe stamp and the stars from the Critters Ever After stamp set. Then I added my images with foam squares! Check out the video below!

Hey, everyone! It’s Lynnea and I’m using some products from the Scrapping for Less store today to create an easy underwater scene using ink blending and patterned papers! And there’s a video, too! So be sure to watch!
I LOVE the Scrapberry Ocean Enchantment paper pack and I was really drawn to one pattern in particular. It had a bunch of tone on tone yellow fish in all different sizes! I decided to fussy cut a bunch of the fish and let them be the star of the show! They needed an ocean background and I don’t have a waves stencil, so I flipped inked my Clouds stencil from Pink & Main from the bottom instead of the top and it made a perfect wavy ink blended background! I added a bit of shimmer with my Spectrum Noir clear shimmer pen and a white heat embossed sentiment from the Lawn Fawn Critters Ever After stamp set.
As a finishing touch to my background I added some clear enamel dots. I love how they look like bubbles! Thanks so much for joining me!
