Check back each day for a new peek until the full release on Saturday May 25th at midnight PST!
Hello everybody and welcome back. I like to get a lot of use out of all of my craft supplies, especially my stamps. One of my favorite things to create are background with smaller “fill-in” stamps from my sets.
Today I am creating my own pattern paper using the Holiday Helpers by Lawn Fawn.
I started my drawing a light pencil line down the center of my card panel both horizontally and vertically. I arranged my little stamps in just one of those rectangles and picked them all up with my acrylic block. I stamped this 4 times in each of my rectangles. Don’t forget to erase your pencil lines.
Next I did VERY simple coloring of my images and stamped the even smaller stamps with a variety of colored inks.
I die cut my panel with a stitched rectangle die and layered that onto a piece of red card stock then onto a card base.
I heat embossed my sentiment onto the same red card stock and popped that up with foam tape.
That’s it for today everybody. Thanks for stopping by and have a creative and crafty day!
Today I am creating a very quick and simple card using the Pretty Kitty stamp set by Echo Park. These are solid images so no coloring required.
I stamped my little cats with Versafine Onyx Black ink to make sure I had a nice bold and crisp image. I stamped the little heart from the set with red ink. I fussy cut these images and put them aside.
Next, I used the Wonky Stitched Rectangle die for my main panel and stamped by sentiment with the Versafine. I popped up my images with foam tape and added a little pop of color to the kitty’s collar and to the lettering with a red colored pencil. I added some sparkle to the heart and a little shadow under the kitties with my cool gray Copic markers and adhered my panel to a red card base. So simple but so cute.
Thanks for stopping by and have a creative and crafty day!
Hello and Happy Monday to You! Tina here from Cards and Coffee Time:) Today for my Design Team Project I am sharing a card I made with the super cute “You Gnome Me” stamp Set by MFT. I love scene building and this set was perfect for it:) I started my background with Distress Oxide Inks and a few stencils for the hillside and the brick wall. The colors I used for the wall are Vintage Photo and Fossilized Amber. For the Hillside I used Twisted Citron, shading lighter for the bottom hill and darker for the top. I used masking paper to section off the wall and hills. I colored in my images with copic markers and added a bit of shimmer with some gems from my stash. This stamp set is available at the Scrapping for Less Shop, check it out!! Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a Beautiful day! Hugs, Tina
Hello and Happy Monday to You!! I hope your week is off to a fantastic start! It’s Tina from Cards and Coffee Time and today I am sharing with you two cards I made with the cutest ever Eggcellent News stamp set by Heffy Doodle , it is available at the SFL shop at a great price too:)
For Card 1 I made a Congrats card for a friend who is “Egg-specting”. I created the background with my Iced Spruce Oxide Ink and colored in my hatching chickies with my Copic Markers.
For card 2 I wanted to make a fun and groovy background to go with the “Hey, Groovy Chick” sentiment. I did a little ink smooshing on watercolor cardstock with my Oxide Inks as well.. i added a few black splatters and stamped the sentiment on black cardstock and heat embossed it with white embossing powder. I colored in the rooster with my Copic markers. For some bells and whistles I added a few coordinating Kennedy Grace sequins from a previous FOTM kit.
Grab your coffee friends and let’s get to crafting!! Thank you so much for stopping by and have a Lovely day! Hugs, Tina
