I started out by using the background stamp on the Tim Holtz Travel Platform with Hero Arts Inks in Ombre Mint to Green, Soft Purple, Soft Pool, Pool, and Deep Ocean and layered the colors stamping multiple times.
Next, I used the solid tree stamp in the Critter Campout set to create a tree line and then used the Scan N Cut DX to cut the image out with black cardstock. I used a piece of blue mulberry and blue vellum from Die Cuts with A View, they were old mat stacks I had in my stash, and a piece of green cardstock I cut them down to fit within the scene and layered the vellum over the mulberry. I cut out a border on the green cardstock for the border of the lake and grass and I stamped the grass outline with Lucky Clover Distress Oxide ink all over. I cut the sky background down to 5 1/4 in. X 4 in. and glued all of the pieces down to create the scene.
I colored a couple of the critters and the campfire from the stamp set with Studio 71 markers and used the Scan N Cut to cut them out. Then glued them onto the scene. I glued the panel to a black card base. I used two of the stickers from the Paper House “At the Lake” sticker set for the sentiment on the inside and front panel. To finish it off I used the Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pen on all of the stars in the sky and then to create a pooling effect in the water.

I stamped the images with Hero Arts Intense Black Ink. I colored the images with Studio 71 alcohol markers. I’m still trying them out for a bit to see how they compare to Copic and their price is about $1 a marker for the 48 set on Amazon. I think they blend well but I have noticed a couple nibs are showing wear already and I have only been using them about two weeks. They are also not refillable but overall so far I like them. I cut the images out with my Scan N Cut DX. I used some distress oxide inks in Frayed Burlap, Black Soot, Peeled Paint, and Lucky Clover to give a little dimension to the pieces I die cut of stitched hillside borders and grass. After I adhered the galaxy paper, grass and hillsides down I glued all of the images where I wanted. I cut the card from a larger scalloped edge card base in kraft cardstock and I used a piece of the scalloped part for a border along the top to add the sentiment. I stamped the sentiment with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. To finish off the card I used a white gel pen for the whites of the critters eyes.

Hi Everyone! Luci here from My Crazy Craft Life with a few cards using the Pink & Main “Turtley Amazing” stamp set. Be sure to check out the video for all the details HERE!
I colored the images on the last two cards with Studio 71 by Darice alcohol markers. I had heard good reviews on them and decided to pick up a set with 48 markers. Check out the video for my thoughts.
The first card is an A2 size 4 1/4 X 5 1/2 and I used “Tumbled Glass” Distress Oxide Ink to create the background on a 4 in. square piece of white cardstock. For the stamping I used Hero Arts Charcoal ink and the Gina K “Wreath Builder“. I stamped the sentiment with Brutus Monroe embossing ink and heat embossed it with white embossing powder. I placed the panel on a black card base and finished it off with a few sequins, clear enamel dots, Ranger “Glossy Accents” on the turtle shells, and a Sakura “Black Glaze Pen” on the turtles eyes.
My second card is a 4 1/2 square card. I used all of the small images with the wreath builder to create the background on a 4 in piece of white cardstock. The inks I used were Hero Arts Mulled Wine, Moss, Soft Cantaloupe, and Lawn Fawn Merman. I added two of the turtles I colored. For the card base and sentiment strip I used a burnt orange piece of card stock from my stash. I stamped the sentiment with VeraFine Onyx Black ink and I finished the card by adding glossy accents to the turtle shells and for the eyes the glaze pen.
My final card I used the Scrapping for Less “Water Patterns” 6X6 paper pad to create a background along with a piece of kraft cardstock. I stamped the sentiment with VersaFine Onyx Black Ink and I heat embossed it with black embossing powder. I placed the colored images around the background and finished it with glossy accents to the turtle shells, a Spectrum Noir sparkle pen on the small images and for the eyes the glaze pen.

To make this card I did a lot of masking! A LOT!
I stamped and masked the images on the largest die cut circle I have about 4 inches. Next, I used distress oxides, a cloud and hillside stencils to add some color to the background. I colored the images with Copic markers and then used a smaller smaller circle die on the front panel. I popped the panel up with some foam tape and put it over the larger circle directly on to the card. I cut a 1/2 inch strip for the sentiment and then added sequins from a past SFL FOTM card kit and a purple bow from some ribbon.
