Hello, it’s Stacy from Craftaholicmomma up today on the Scrapping for Less blog with two inspiration cards featuring the new Mod Dies that are in the July Flavor of the Month Card Kit.
This die set is a staple in your craft room. I designed the die set to work with both the June FOTM Card Kit and the July FOTM Card Kit. The wonky shaped oval is perfect as a lily pad for the frogs in the Pond Life Collection in the June kit.
It is also perfect to use as an island for the palm tree beach stamp from the In the Tropics Collection in the July kit.
Thanks for visiting,
Happy Monday Crafty Friends! I’m LOVING the Tropic Vibes pattern paper and Tropical Vibes ephemera from Collection 1! The July 2020 Flavor of the Month Card Kit pops with color. Today I made 2 cards and the hardest part was choosing which ephemera pieces I wanted to use!
Card one is all about showing off the pattern paper and the ephemera. I backed the pattern paper with black card stock from my stash and added the ephemera with foam adhesive. I also use the 3 small and 3 medium enamel dots from the kit.
The inside is stamped with the Flamingo image from the stamp set and the Happy Birthday sentiment. I outlined the flamingo with a light pink marker for a pop of color.
Card 2 I used the flower image from the stamp set to create a backgroud for the floral/pineapple ephemera. I stamped it out with a clear sticky ink and used clear embossing powder. Once that was heat set I added the “Shocking Pink” Card stock behind it , popped up my ephemera piece and add the entire panel to my card base created with Limeade card stock.
On the inside I added the Happy Birthday sentiment again and the single pineapple ephemera piece!

Hi, guys, it’s Beth from Bourbon Creek Crafts here today! I made a fun 12×12 scrapbook page from the Scrapping for Less new summer release, the Summer Floaties collection! There is a coordinating 6×6 paper pack and stamp set. How cute is this collection???
When I saw the “Summer Girl” stamp in the stamp set, I knew I wanted to make a scrapbook page with this collection! So I pieced together some of the blue pool patterns from the paper pad to go behind my pictures. Then I used the stamp set and images from the pattern paper to make my embellishments.
I stamped “summer girl”, “pool time” and the little girl with the donut floatie from the stamp set. I used pink embossing powder from a recent Flavor of the Month Kit to emboss and add color to the “summer girl” sentiment. I used some alcohol markers to color in the image of the little girl. Then I fussy cut out some of the popsicles and pineapples to use as embellishments. I did pull in a piece of paper from the Summer Ombre paper pad, to punch circles from to back my images.
I really enjoyed making this page! You can watch the full process video HERE.
Thanks for stopping by today! I hope you enjoyed seeing this collection in action!

Hi all!
Cardmaking Blonde bringing you a glimpse at one of the stamps in July’s Flavor of the Month card kit along with the sentiments on the stamp set as well. This image was perfect for making a one layer card! Since the majority of the content was so close together I only focused on shading in the larger areas like the ocean and the sky.
