Hello Everyone! I’m hoping to start our week off with a little Sun with Sunny Studio’s stamps and pattern paper. Today I am using the “That Sucks” stamp and die bundle and the Spring Fling 6×6 pattern paper.
I’m also bringing in some distress ink and watercolor paper to do a little ink smooshing. I am using Dusty Concord, Worn Lipstick and bring in little Peacock Feathers for some hearts.
First, I flipped through all the beautiful pattern papers to find the one I wanted to use. Once I chose a pattern, I used a stitched rectangle die to trim my panel.
Next, I took out my non-stick mat and smooshed down some Dusty Concord Distress Ink. I added some water and pressed down my watercolor piece. I did this again then repeated the step with Worn Lipstick Distress Ink. I used a heat gun to dry the area and added hearts using the Distress Ink.
I stamped out the vacuum image from the stamp set with Copic friendly ink and colored the image with Copic markers. I then used the coordinating die to die cut the image. All that is left is putting the pieces together and adding some finishing touches!

The finishing touches include Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pen, White Gel Pen, and some Morning Dew Nuvo Crystal Drops.
