Hello! It’s Jenn from Scrapbena Creations on YouTube. I’m here with the final sneak peek of the September Flavor of the Month card kit before the big release at midnight! If you love fall and all things pumpkin spice, you are going to love this kit as much as I do!
I used some paper from two of the collections, including a cut-a-part of this adorable fox sleeping on a bed of leaves as my focal image on my card. To make sure this little cutie stood out from the background, I used a white gel pen around some of the outer edges. I stamped “Fall Greetings” from one of the stamp sets in this month’s kit right on the fox using my Versafine Onyx Black Ink. I also curled up the edges of the leaves using the end of a paintbrush for some added dimension.
I coloured two of the metal leaves using my alcohol markers (one in red and the other in orange) and tied a bow with twine going lengthwise on the card, which all come in this month’s kit as well. If you look closely, you will also see a few gold leaf sequins from one of the sequin packages this month peeking out from under the leaves.
Thanks for stopping by today! Don’t forget about the blog hop midnight (EST) Saturday September 29th to see the full kit reveal and lots of inspiration from the talented design team!
Have a fantastic day and happy crafting!
Jenn xO

Hello Everyone!
It’s Desiree here with another design team project for Scrapping for Less! Today, let’s have fall be magical and elegant at the same time!
The stamp set for this project is by Brutus Monroe and it’s called Conservatory of Quotes! The floral bouquet is perfect for any coloring medium you chose for your card!
For today, I chose my distress inks to create a water color background affect. I chose 6 colors that were very muted in color and shades as I was looking for a fall look. Once I got my colors chosen, I pulled out a piece of Canson XL watercolor paper and traced a rectangle using one of my dies from my stash. I used my blue tape to secure my water color panel down since there was going to be a lot of water going on…
Picked up my colors that I laid down onto my craft earlier and went to town just dropping it all in. I did this twice making sure it was dry in between each time I added more color.
After this was completely dry I stamped my focal image and sentiment using my versafine black ink and heat set it with my clear embossing powder. Trimmed my panel down to 4 1/4 in x 5 1/2 in and adhered it to my card Standard A2 size top folding card base.
Added some Nuvo Drops in black to give just some added shine! Let fall begin!
ENJOY!

Hey crafters and TGIF!!!!
Today I am creating a very quick and simple card using the Pretty Kitty stamp set by Echo Park. These are solid images so no coloring required.
I stamped my little cats with Versafine Onyx Black ink to make sure I had a nice bold and crisp image. I stamped the little heart from the set with red ink. I fussy cut these images and put them aside.
Next, I used the Wonky Stitched Rectangle die for my main panel and stamped by sentiment with the Versafine. I popped up my images with foam tape and added a little pop of color to the kitty’s collar and to the lettering with a red colored pencil. I added some sparkle to the heart and a little shadow under the kitties with my cool gray Copic markers and adhered my panel to a red card base. So simple but so cute.
Thanks for stopping by and have a creative and crafty day!
