Hello Everyone!
I am here with another project for Scrapping for Less! The Pink and Main – Fired up! stamp set is just too cute! This stamp set can be used for both birthday and new baby celebrations… We all have known for some time dragons have magical powers and this stamp set proves just that! These dragons bring a smile to anyone’s face!
I stamped my images and just knew I wanted to pull out my Prismacolor pencils! I am a colored pencil girl by heart… and I love the range of shades you can get by using just one pencil! I always have to have dimension on my cards, even when I stamp directly onto my card design base, so the balloons were adhered using foam squares!
I also used pattern paper from the Lawn Fawn Really Rainbow pack to accent the focal panel! Now we have a card to start any party celebration!
I hope you enjoyed this design and stick around for so much more to come!
Always Remember… Be Inspired, Be Creative, ENJOY and SHARE what you create today!

I am a huge fan of primsacolor in general, but colored pencils are my medium of choice and I have all the sets made I think! LOL, so glad you enjoyed the card!

Love love love this. This is so adorable and you are so good with colored pencils. I can’t seem to get my blending right with them no matter what I do. I will definitely try your technique next time

Thank you! You will get it… try this as practice! Use one pencil and in a single line, rub the pencil back and forth and gradually add pressure to make that shade you chose darker… watch your hand and see what it does… hehehe Let me know!
