Hello Everyone. It’s Stacy here up today on the Scrapping For Less blog. Once again I made an interactive card using the Interactively Yours stamp set from Heffy Doodle.
I decided to make a snowman winter scene card with a special pull out tab hiding a secret message. I used papers from the Doodlebug Polar Pals collection. I die cut a channel out of the paper layer with the middle die from the MFT Stitched Oval Word Window dies.
I then flipped the paper layer over and used Scotch 3M foam tape to form walls around the channel to allow the tab to slide in and out but staying within the walls. I then attached this paper layer to my card base. I slid my cardstock tab into the slot and stamped my greeting on it within the channel and the Pull Me on the end of the tab. After that I just decorated the scene with a 3D Doodlepop Sweet Snowman sticker with a double layer of foam tape square. I used my powder tool to take off any of the excess stickiness from the back of the sticker. I used snowflake stickers I made with sticker paper on my Silhouette Cameo and Nuvo Clear Crystal Drops.
It was remarkably very easy to make but looks like so much fun for the recipient to play with.
