Hello Everyone, I hope your having a super day! It’s Tina from Cards and Coffee Time and today for my Design Team Project I made 3 cards using the FOTM August card kit. The kit is loaded with wild and free themed elements…from dinosaurs, super cute foxes, camping fun, adorable owls, all the way to family fun. I had no problems with what I call crafters “Brain Block” with this kit. The ideas were easy to come up with and as we speak I am working on more cards:)
I used collection #4 for the card with the flowers, and with my mini ink cube (I got the green one:) and some vintage photo distress ink I inked up a piece of white card stock. I used the Loopy Leaf die that came in collection #3 and cut it out, adding it behind the flowers for some greenery. For my “Happy Camper” card I used ingredients in collection #2, adding toothpicks to the flag elements in the sticker sheet, then with some twine in my stash tied a bow toward the bottom of them. For a fun element I used foam tape behind the camera sticker and add that as well. For my “Rawrsome” card I used collection #3 to create a playful shaker card great for any little guy. I cut out the leaves from the patterned paper in the collection. I then stamped and colored the dinosaur in the amazing stamp set and added him to the bottom just above the leaves.
I hope this gives you some inspiration with the Scrapping for Less Wild & Free Flavor of the Month Card kit for August 2017. The cards I made today can be made with the Double Dip card kit (minus the ink cube), the Deluxe Sundae (minus the ink cube) card kit and the Banana Split card kit. Thanks so much for visiting I wish you a Lovely Day! Hugs 2 You!!! Tina
